Open Access licensing Policies
According to the definition given on one of the web pages of Creative Commons Attribution License, (https://creativecommons.org/about/program-areas/open-access/) Open access literature is defined as “digital, online, free of charge, and free of most copyright and licensing restrictions.” After submission of articles to EL-74, authors are asked to pay an article publication charge once the paper is accepted for publication. As a final publication step the articles are immediately made available online for others to read, download and share.
