All journals of EL-74 Open-Access Publications International are financially supported by a publication fee of 30 USD and 15 USD for less advantaged countries EL-74 presents a comparatively new and qualitative system of erudite journal publishing. The full-texts of published articles are made available to readers world-wide within the shortest publishing time possible. All readers through this open access platform are able to view, download, print, and circulate any article without the need for subscription. This provides for wider dissemination of scholarly works than the conventional system which is based on subscription. All efforts are made in reviewing and notifying authors of the decisions on their submissions within 15-20 working days from the day submissions are acknowledged. The on-line publication of reviewed and corrected papers is activated immediately after successful payment of publication cost. The publication cost of an article could be paid directly by the author, or by the supporting institution or organization. This covers the editorial and peer review cost, journal publishing, website hosting and administrative costs for article publication. Authors with no funds may explain and ask for a waiver or discount during manuscript submission.
